What follows is a tale of two quotes. One quote from another business included a ton of tear outs, which could of course conveniently be fixed by their sister company, and a huge water mitigation cost. The second quote, from 1-800 Water Damage had only the necessary tear outs, less equipment etc. and came out to about one fifth of the first quote! If you want an honest company that will do an excellent job with full transparency and strive to reduce your reconstruction costs (because they don't have a sister company that will profit off of the reconstruction), then this is the one. They conducted their water mitigation professionally, thoroughly, and with honesty and integrity. They took care of everything that needed to be addressed and only what needed to be addressed. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Strongly recommended. Best service and response time. I recently had a water damage at home due to a leaking. Sherif at 1-800 was really helpful and understanding about my situation. By looking at his service and work, I can see he is very a detail oriented and principled man. Also, I really liked how he was very prompt to my calls and texts whenever I had to contact him. Often times, you experience some handy-men or technicians don't answer your calls, or they delay and go silent once your payment is made without finishing the job.

February 2024 We contracted with 1-800 Water Damage of North Dallas to remediate mold in the Sherman Texas Social Security Administration building which we own. The team responded promptly to my call, performed a thorough inspection of the affected area and mold consultant's report. WDND built a containment field around the infected area, created negative pressure with HEPA filters in the containment area to prevent cross contamination into the surrounding building and removed the infected material in sealed bags. After infected material was removed, the affected area was tested by a 3rd party for mold residue and passed first test. The remaining structure was sanitized and coated with mold inhibiting paint. The technicians followed the Mold Remediation Protocol report to the letter. 1-800 Water Damage of North Dallas personnel were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and arrived on site timely each day until the work was complete. Price was reasonable for the work involved. I highly recommend the 1-800 Water Damage of North Dallas for mold remediation.

I was so impressed with Craig and his coworker Carlos. He was the first water mitigation company I called after a flood in my house. They showed up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost midnight. Making sure that fans were set up and baseboards were removed so that the drying process could begin. They continued to come daily for the next four days. He had a lock box for our house key and made sure to notify us when he was coming into the house. I appreciated the courtesy texts. They were very skillful in working around our furniture and belongings to take out all carpet from the bedrooms and every single baseboard in the house. Carlos even brought my packages inside from the door while I wasn’t home. I am still in contact with Craig after the mitigation process was over for other companies and contractors who work closely with him. I highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed!

I called UWRG for a quote after a broken pipe leaked water into our bathroom wall for a few days. Craig came out and was very thorough in his visual inspection! He was very professional and informative. Craig was fantastic throughout the remediation and rebuild process. He gave a very thorough quote and took the time to break it down for us. He also looked over a couple other quotes we got from other guys that missed several things he knew would need to be taken in to account for the insurance claim. He contacted the insurance and was very persistent in ensuring they responded to emails in a timely manner. Craig kept us CC’d in his communications with the insurance so we would all have the same information. He followed up on his guys and checked in with us every step of the way! He passed us off to a great contractor/crew who did a fantastic job on the rebuild. Craig was exactly who we needed, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Craig and UWRG will be our first call if we run into any more water issues in the future.

Ben was the assigned technician. He was here from the start when we found out we had a slab leak. He walked us through the process of what would happen and assisted by communicating with the plumbers, warranty company, insurance company, and adjusters to help us get through this situation. Ben kept us informed of all stages of the water damage restoration process by showing us what was done and explaining why it was done. He even offered options with a estimate to do the job and what to expect when filling a claim. We ended up of course going through insurance due to the magnitude of the job. He did a great job with the work to monitor and remove the affected areas in our house over the 2+week project. He was timely for all appointments and was always very professional. He also power washed the courtyard which had gotten dirty from drywall and other items that were carried out the house. Ben and his crew is calm, patient and easy to talk to, great communication (I sent them lots of texts and they always responded right away) and very trustworthy, I went out of town and gave his company access to my home so they could continue with the project. ATS just finished about a month long project at our house that was an extensive repair from a water leak in the attic that spread all the way down two floors. The work that they did was completely impeccable. Actually looks better now than it did before the leak. Also Tom and Wes and Lino and the whole crew were fantastic houseguests for the whole time. Tony and Matt have made this terrible situation honestly not as bad. They have been very punctual with their timing of when they said that they were going to be here, they were here. They also told me exactly how it was going to be as in this is how long it should take they were extremely caring when it came to making sure they didn’t damage any of my walls floors, etc. They were both extremely respectful of the fact that I have my one year-old daughter at home with me and that she needed to go to bed at a certain time they made sure to finish up the job before I had to put her down for nap time. I would 100% recommend rainbow international restoration for the sole purpose their customer service and response times along with pricing was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed after a leaky hot water heater flooded our flooring. Rhett went above and beyond to get his crew out to our house ASAP when we sustained water damage. They were out within a couple hours and made the entire process as stress free as possible. They kept us updated on the progress of the drying process and what they were doing on a day to day basis. They also helped us navigate through the insurance side of things and what to expect on the rebuilding side. When we had water damage the cleanup crew that initially came out was great. Do not hire G2 to manage your projects, RAUL is by first the worst project manager I've ever encountered. He does not communicate at all; I've called him and told him he needs to let me know a schedule when contractors are showing up after the first contractors showed up unannounced and yet a month into it, we still have people showing up unannounced every week. This guy is extremely unprofessional, clearly cannot manage the workload he's been given.

Saud communication was great and helped us in completing our remodelling project successfully. Saud and his team were fantastic. We did a 3 month remodel. Saud’s crew was first ones in and last ones out. They were very professional throughout the entire process and they communicated so well! Anytime something went wrong or they discovered an issue, Saud sent several photos and explained the issue plus what they would do to resolve it. Also, they worked fast! Our carpet was out in a day and our new LVPs were installed in two days. The shoe molding was complete in two days and they cleaned up after themselves. This company was recommended by my insurance company. They came out and removed way more cabinets than the estimate stated. The extra cabinets were not water damaged. Now they are gone. The removed broken granite has been lying in my backyard for 3 weeks. Jason asked me to help get rid of it. They were paid to pack out the belongings, not complete. The pod was packed so poorly that there is not enough room. The estimate has new underlayment for the wood floor, they left fans running for 4 days without pulling up the underlayment and plastic. It would never dry! After the large initial payment, they don't return a call. I hope the insurance company will help get this resolved.
